Website delivery and security
When you access it, the hosting provider processes technical connection data to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is reliable and secure operation. Further information about the hosting contract partner, its processing and retention periods is set out in the agreed hosting terms.
Cookie choices and optional services
Necessary functions provide the website and protect access. If you choose to remember your selection, your cookie choices are stored in your browser’s local storage on this device for up to 180 days. The record contains the selection version, your separate choices for YouTube and Calendly, and the saving and expiry times. Without this option, your choice applies only to the current page visit. The legal basis for necessary storage is Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Where technical administration data is personal data, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with our legitimate interest in respecting your decision.
YouTube and the embedded Calendly calendar are each loaded only with your consent. Access to information on your device is based on Section 25(1) TDDDG; related personal-data processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice, withdraw consent for the future or reset your selection at any time. If the approved services change, we ask you to choose again.
YouTube customer testimonials (Google Ireland Limited)
We show YouTube customer testimonial videos on our case-study pages. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The embed uses privacy-enhanced mode via youtube-nocookie.com. Before you consent, we do not connect to the YouTube player; the preview image is loaded from this website.
By choosing “Accept all”, “Allow YouTube” or “Allow YouTube & watch video”, you consent to loading external media. Your IP address, device and browser information, connection data and video interactions may be transmitted to Google, and information may be stored on or read from your device. Processing in the USA is also possible. The provider’s retention periods depend on Google’s information and settings.
If you withdraw consent, we remove the embedded players and block further loading. This does not retroactively delete data already sent to Google or stored there. The rest of the website remains usable without consent.

Appointment booking with Calendly
On our booking page, you can book a free growth consultation using an embedded calendar from Calendly LLC, USA. Before you approve, we load neither the Calendly script nor the calendar. By choosing “Accept all”, “Allow Calendly” or “Allow Calendly & show appointments”, you consent to the embed and related processing. Consent for Calendly is independent of consent for YouTube.
When the calendar loads, your IP address, browser and device information, connection data and interactions may be transmitted to Calendly. Calendly may use cookies and similar technologies for the operation and performance of its service. Processing in the USA is possible. The legal bases for embedding and related device access are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Information on technologies, retention periods and international transfers is available in the linked provider information.
If you book an appointment, we process the details entered in the calendar, including your name, email address, appointment and voluntary answers, to prepare and deliver the growth consultation. If you are the contracting party, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for business contacts it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with the legitimate interest of organising the requested business contact. Calendly processes booking data for its relevant customer. We retain your details for as long as necessary for the enquiry and business purpose; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
If you withdraw consent through cookie settings, we remove the calendar and block further loading. Data already transmitted is not retroactively deleted; a booked appointment is not automatically cancelled. Without approval, you can contact us by email or open the calendar yourself through the clearly marked external link. Calendly’s own privacy information and cookie settings apply on its website.

Analytics and marketing
This website draft contains no analytics or advertising pixels. In particular, it does not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity or our own visitor statistics. Separate approvals activate only the selected YouTube embeds or Calendly calendar. The external providers may use cookies and similar technologies within their services; see the relevant service sections and provider information for details.
International processing
External services may process data outside the European Economic Area. The safeguards agreed for the specific provider and the linked provider information apply. Transfers to covered, validly certified US recipients may be based on an adequacy decision under Article 45 GDPR; otherwise, appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR, including EU standard contractual clauses and any additional measures required, are necessary. Further information about the specific safeguards is available from the controller and the provider links.
Enquiries and communication
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, your name if provided, your message and other voluntary details to answer your enquiry and organise our work together. If you are the contracting party, this is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for business contacts and other enquiries, on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is handling business contacts. Details are retained for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and its business purpose; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
External links
Website checks, the clearly marked external Calendly link and “Watch on YouTube” open external websites only when you click the relevant link. The respective providers’ privacy information and settings apply there.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You also have the right to complain to a data-protection supervisory authority. In Rhineland-Palatinate, this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. Use the contact details above for questions or to exercise your rights.
